We are looking for some enthusiastic, experienced & resilient TA's to join our Outstanding SEN School in Gunnislake. These children will have a learning disability and need varying levels of support with all aspects of their life.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to deal with complex needs and challenging behaviours whilst remaining calm and professional.
As a TA some of your day to day activities will include:
assisting and encouraging the children with their work
supporting the children's behaviour
personal care
helping & encouraging the children to engage in activities and with peers
Salary £21,648 - £23,313 (£13.39 - £14.42 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience. Term time only contract, 36.25 hours per week.

Speech & Language Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our small outstanding independent school.
You will form part of the specialist support team along side occupational therapist, behaviour and engagement specialist and mental health lead to be part of a team that wraps around every student and every class in order to continue to build bespoke individualised curriculums that meet the needs of our students.
Duties include the delivery of speech and language therapy assessments and interventions in the school, ensuring that programmes are integral to the student’s education and development. The role will also provide universal support across the school to ensure the principles of Speech and Language Therapy are embedded across the classrooms. The post-holder will also provide training and support to colleagues to ensure that they are confident in supporting learners with Speech and Language needs.

School Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and highly professional School Administrator to join our outstanding SEN school office team. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a front-facing environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining a welcoming and professional approach.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and reception area within a specialist setting supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
Term Time only contract, full time hours 36.75 per week.
Key Responsibilities
Covering reception and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and students
Managing front of house duties in a professional and friendly manner
Handling incoming calls, emails and deliveries
Booking and coordinating meetings
Supporting general school administration tasks
Maintaining accurate records and data systems
Assisting staff with administrative requests and queries
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience using Xero
Experience using BehaviourWatch
Highly computer literate with strong IT skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Previous administration or reception experience preferred
Knowledge of EHCP processes would be beneficial but is not essential
